Betsy Ferguson is the Principal Broker & Owner of Lynchburg’s Finest Real Estate in the Town Center of Wyndhurst. Her career started in Lynchburg, VA managing the new construction accounts for a highly prominent and respectable developer who has built local communities and commercial developments. Starting her professional career in the building industry gave Betsy the natural ability to enter the residential brokerage arena as a reliable and trusted Realtor®.

For nearly twenty years Betsy with her husband and business partner, Matt Ferguson, have lived in the Lynchburg, VA area. They currently reside in Forest, VA with their two young daughters. You can easily find the Ferguson’s enjoying and taking part in their community outreach events and programs.

With an extensive background in sales, marketing, and escrow management, Ms. Jansen has successfully managed & marketed millions of dollars in new home real estate developments for some of the region's most high-profile development projects since 1990.

Recently, Ms. Jansen has shifted the focus of the organization to managing, re-positioning, and selling general brokerage, luxury homes, new home builder construction, investor and land sales. Through her work with Virginia real estate, Ms. Jansen has fortified her knowledge base of virtually every sub-market and possesses a unique marketing advantage based on her understanding of the subtle nuances of various areas and neighborhoods.
